The line-up of speakers and workshop presenters make this a not to be missed event. We will be announcing the winners of the Delivery Partners Awards at the Conference. This is a great opportunity to network and create links with key suppliers and other organisations from Outdoor Education, Adventure Tourism and Independent Hire Providers.

Gold and Silver partners are able to attend the virtual conference for free. Bronze partners get a discounted delegate package at £60 per person.

Delegate packages start at £120 for non-Delivery Partners.

No, you do not need to install any software to attend the conference. For best user experience, we recommend using a computer with Safari or Chrome, and you’ll need a good internet connection. You can also access the conference using a mobile or tablet device.

We would recommend using a webcam and microphone to make it easier to interact with others.

Every Instructor, Coach or Leader that attends the 26th live conference will automatically have their National Association Member record updated with 10 CPD points! Can't make the live event? Delegates can still register and can access the content up until 25th February 2023. Instructors, Coaches and Leaders can submit a Continuous Professional Development application and still gain 10 CPD points!

Yes, all of the presentations and workshops are being recorded. Delegates will have access to all presentations and media for 30 days so you will be able to see everything!

a.  Once you have registered, visit https://BCDeliveryPartnerConference.vfairs.com and click ‘Log In’. Enter the email address you have signed up with as your username. The Conference will be live between 10am and 4pm (GMT) on Thursday 26th January 2023.

b.  Once you log in, you can access the conference. The content will be available until 25th February 2023 so you can catch up on anything you might have missed.

Your username will be the email address you registered with. You can reset your password using the ‘Forgot password’ function on the login page, simply enter the email address you registered with. You will then receive a ‘Reset password’ email.

Yes. The Delivery Partner Conference is aimed at Delivery Partners, those interested in the partnership, as well as key suppliers and other organisations from Outdoor Education, Adventure Tourism and Independent Hire Providers. Partners and organisations that deliver paddlesport activities will find the conference content most useful.

The accessibility features included on the platform are; event navigation, colour contrast, text character size, page narrations and captioned Speaker Sessions. All in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). If you need further assistance please indicate this during registration.

Don’t worry, the 2023 Delivery Partner Conference and all of its content will be available to access until 25th February 2023 to those who have registered. Live chat with exhibitors will not be available, however, there will be a ‘Leave a message’ button on each exhibitor booth which you can use to get in touch.
